1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Timeglyph ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Timeglyph is operated from Arizona, United States.

2. Description of Service

Timeglyph is a living legacy and memory preservation platform that allows users to create profiles, document life stories through Glyphs, and create memorial profiles to honor those who have passed. The Platform is designed to ensure no life story is forgotten.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your profile.

You may not create an account on behalf of another living person without their explicit consent. Memorial profiles for deceased individuals may be created by family members, friends, or those with a legitimate relationship to the deceased.

4. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you post on Timeglyph. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, defamatory, or misleading
• Violates the privacy or rights of any individual
• Is harassing, abusive, or threatening
• Infringes on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Contains explicit, graphic, or inappropriate material
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

5. Memorial Profiles

Memorial profiles are created to honor individuals who have passed away. By creating a memorial profile, you confirm that to the best of your knowledge the individual is deceased and that you are creating the profile in good faith to honor their memory.

If a memorial profile is created for a living person, or contains false or harmful information, it may be reported and removed. Timeglyph reserves the right to disable or remove any profile that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you post on Timeglyph. By posting content, you grant Timeglyph a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and store your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising purposes.

7. Privacy

Your use of Timeglyph is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will never sell your data to third parties.

8. Termination

Timeglyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@timeglyph.com. Upon account deletion, your personal profile and Glyphs will be removed. Memorial profiles you have created will remain unless you specifically request their removal.

9. Limitation of Liability

Timeglyph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timeglyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of Timeglyph after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
